Going great at the Purif. I'm at 3000 on the niacin so it's going great. Chiara did a delicious dish last night and it was very healthy and savoury. Ah, I'm so lukcy.

Man, what a rough day yesterday was. I really felt like crap and I was happy I went into the sauna to handle and felt much better. Unfortunatelly I puked but it made me feel better.

Good day at the sauna yesterday. It was Monday and we were going live with our new Client here at RTW so it was a pretty busy around here. Chiara did a great pannini for dinner and as always really took care of me.

What a night, I really was running something last night. I was pissed for no reason last night while in the sauna. But since I have the greatest Purif I/C in the world I was very glad to have her help me. Grazie piccolina, you are truly the best

Good day at the office, had a little bump on my car when I was leaving but fortunatelly it was nothing, I'm really glad of this.

Julie started her purif with me so it should be fun. Chiara is a really great I/C, she really made sure we had everything and that Julie was fully aware of what we were doing. My Piccolina is the greatest!

Good long weekend. I started my Purif and it's going great. It's great to have Chiara as my I/C, she's so good and the kids weren't that bad except yesterday. My Piccolina is the best she did all this stuff for me and I couldn't do the Purif with out her.
